Rachel thrives from the feeling of helping others feel good about themselves, inside and out through relating to each guest. Having the opportunity to combine salon services and wellness services such as Mindfulness Practice, Guided Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Baths, Rachel can offer mental and physical healing modalities during appointments in a private setting. As a certified Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Guide, End-of-Life Doula, UCLA trained Mindfulness Practitioner, and member of the International Mindfulness Teacher Association, Rachel encourages everyone to add time for self-care services to their salon session. These practices are good to combine with any traditional hair service, including scalp treatments to aid in hair growth or normalize scalp/hair conditions caused by various life stressors.
Having expansive coloring experience, she is passionate about color theory and technique thus being able to give each client the most suitable color for their own unique taste. With Rachel being very particular about conveying client's ideas into reality you can be sure that communication is open and complete to provide your intended service. Having a keen eye for haircut structure she feels confident giving a thorough, technique focused haircut; be it a new blueprint, a maintenance trim, or a light "dusting.”
Rachel believes that continuous education is imperative to assure modern skills and complete understanding of this field from service technique to product knowledge. She has had the opportunity of being published in multiple hair focused articles including American Salon, and Latest Hairstyles Magazine, as well as having photographs of her work used on many social media pages. Because of her goal to stay among the industry's trailblazers, the products and techniques brought in to the salon are for those that want the freshest technology along with consistant results..

Carmelita Sandoval, Hairstylist
Carmelita is all about fun colors (the wilder the better!), sun-kissed blonding and blow dry styles. She often does Balayage with a personal flair guided by her client to ensure a couture quality. She has a keen ability to connect with the guest in her chair which leads to a long term bond between her and her client.
Carmelita regularly attends classes with some of the most sought after independent educators. With hundreds of hours in color technique training, she humbly provides Lived-In color services that reflect her time spent investing in high-end education. Although her favorite part about being in the salon is connecting and sharing time with her clients, a close second is providing brunettes with bright, rich tones through her unique hair-painting methods.
When doing Blow Dry Styles, Carmelita is so detail oriented you'll leave with not only perfect hair, but an extra day or two without washing.

Allison McDonald
Obsessed with beauty and fashion since she can remember, Allison decided on cosmetology school after high school. She went on to the assistant program at one of the top salons in New Jersey and from there moved to Arizona and put what she learned to work.
For her, there is no better feeling than making someone feel incredible when they leave her chair. Specializing in blonding techniques, extensions, and textured haircuts, Allison loves anything with a natural “lived in” vibe.
To her, the most important part of her art is customizing the look to compliment the client’s face shape, skin color, personality and individual style. Going on 21 years being licensed, Allison has continuously took it upon herself to stay current with education. Her work ethic and perseverance has led her to continual success.

Salma Gutierrez
Salma’s goal is to create fun, custom color blends to make it a bit brighter around town. She enjoys providing sun-kissed, blended Balayage that suits your complexion as well as your everyday lifestyle. Salma understands the importance of feeling beautiful and wants to help spark confidence back into you. Not only does she feel passionate about beauty through hair services but also has the ability to create beautiful natural and/or dramatic makeup looks.
Salma is certified under Robert Jones as well as educated by Argenis Spinal. With these skills, Salma loves creating customized looks for people who sit in her chair as well as offering them tips and tricks they can do at home.
Trends change constantly, for that reason Salma continues education to make sure she knows all current techniques and methods so she maintains the ability to apply them on her guests. Whoever is in her hands will be leaving with renewed confidence!!

Danell Graziano
Danell graduated from a Paul Mitchell School and is a licensed cosmetologist and certified makeup artist. After completing cosmetology school, Danell assisted under two of the best curl specialists in southern California. During her time assisting she fell in love with textured/curly hair. She comments, “There’s just something about enhancing your natural hair curl pattern, giving it shape that compliments your face, and teaching someone something new about their hair.”
Danell love love loves a good blonde! She specializes in low dimensional bright blondes, Balayage, and Lived-In Blondes. Danell wants to help you feel like you’ve been kissed by the sun.
When it comes to cutting hair, she loves a technical curly cut, a clean, blunt bob and never overlooks the power of long layers.
A little bit about Danell, she is recently married to my husband who is an active duty marine. This brings her heart close to all military spouses and families. Her support to that community is abundant . She and her husband have two dogs; a Dalmatian and a German Shepherd who are very spoiled. Their favorite place is the dog beach, you can find her and her pups there or behind the chair!
On the professional side, Danelle has 7 years of hospitality under her belt working in hotel operations, so her number one goal is to make sure each one of my clients feels comfortable and at home. Q&A with Danell:
• What is included in a Curly Cut?
A standard curly cut is 90 minutes in length. Durning that time we will create your new shape cutting the hair DRY, wash your hair, set it, and check to insure your new shape is even. I will walk you through every step and explain what I am doing and why. I will teach you how to style your new hair, make recommendations for products and tools to help recreate your look at home. I want my clients to feel as though they can ask me all the questions along the way. Each wash also includes a luxury scalp scrub and clarifying shampoo if needed.
• How do I show up for a Curly Cut?
Please make sure to have your hair clean, down, and in it’s natural texture. If you come to the salon with your hair pulled back or in a bun, I might not be able to perform the service and 100% of the appointment total will still be owed.
• What is included in a Standard Cut?
Each Standard Haircut is one hour in length and includes a shampoo, wet cut, and blow dry. Please indicate if past stylists have had a hard time completing a Standard Haircut in one hour due to high amount of hair.
• Do you highlight curly hair?
I do! Depending on your texture type, I may use the traditional method of highlighting which is in foils, or I may recommend a pintura highlight. A pintura is a special type of open air highlighting specifically for curly hair. It is the most gentle way to highlight curly hair, however it will only lift your hair a few levels lighter.
• What kind of curly cut do you provide?
I was trained in a variety of different ways on how to cut curly hair, the most common type of cut I perform is the Diva Cut.
• Do you cut hair wet or dry?
If you book a curly cut I will cut your hair dry and in it’s natural texture. If you wear your hair straight more than half the time, or you naturally have straight hair, it’s recommended that you book a standard cut in which I will cut your hair wet.

Melissa Naojuks
Melissa attended Paul Mitchel the School, in Temecula, excelling by being an active member of the Design Team as well as the Product Team.
Being a cosmetologist for a few years has shown Melissa that she absolutely loves helping her clients achieve their dream hair. This drives her to create custom colors for each individual, from Lived-In and blended blondes, to bold Vivids. Melissa attends multiple color formulation and precision cutting classes with renowned companies such as Alfaparf Milano and Eufora International.
“Custom color is my jam, fam!” Excitedly states Melissa. “When I’m not in the salon, you can typically find me searching for treasures at a thrift shop or flea market.
