Rachel Wittenberg, Hair Stylist/Mindfulness & Reiki Practitioner

Rachel offers a few hours of tranquility, connection and self expression for clients that want to empower themselves with confidence.  Since 2001 she has been noted for being approachable, inviting, relatable, and professional. Rachel thrives from the feeling of helping others feel good about themselves, inside and out through relating to each guest. Having the opportunity to combine salon services and wellness services such as Mindfulness Practice, Guided Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Baths, Rachel can offer mental and physical healing modalities during appointments in a private setting. As a certified Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Guide, End-of-Life Doula, professional Mindfulness Teacher certified by the International Mindfulness Teacher Association, Rachel encourages everyone to add time for self-care services to their salon session. These practices are good to combine with any traditional hair service, including scalp treatments to aid in hair growth or normalize scalp/hair conditions caused by various life stressors.
 

Having expansive coloring experience, she is passionate about color theory and technique thus being able to give each client the most suitable color for their own unique taste. With Rachel being very particular about conveying client's ideas into reality you can be sure that communication is open and complete to provide your intended service.  Having a keen eye for haircut structure she feels confident giving a thorough, technique focused haircut; be it a new blueprint, a maintenance trim, or a light "dusting.”
 

Rachel believes that continuous education is imperative to assure modern skills and complete understanding of this field from service technique to product knowledge. She has had the opportunity of being published in multiple hair focused articles including American Salon, and Latest Hairstyles Magazine, as well as having photographs of her work used on many social media pages.  Because of her goal to stay among the industry's trailblazers, the products and techniques brought in to the salon are for those that want the freshest technology along with consistant results..

Allison McDonald 

Obsessed with beauty and fashion since she can remember, Allison decided on cosmetology school after high school. She went on to the assistant program at one of the top salons in New Jersey and from there moved to Arizona and put what she learned to work. 

For her, there is no better feeling than making someone feel incredible when they leave her chair. Specializing in blonding techniques, extensions, and textured haircuts, Allison loves anything with a natural “lived in” vibe.

To her, the most important part of her art is customizing the look to compliment the client’s face shape, skin color, personality and individual style. Going on 21 years being licensed, Allison has continuously took it upon herself to stay current with education. Her work ethic and perseverance has led her to continual success.

Nikki Groh

Nikki specializes in pixie cuts and men's cuts. She loves doing textured cuts with tons of layers and movement! Sometimes a dramatic change is just what you need...Meet Nikki outside your comfort zone when you're ready for your "She's All That" transformation moment.
